Dubai-based real estate developer Sobha Realty has become a new global partner for major ICC men’s events through its latest deal with the global cricket authority.
Through the deal, the real estate developer is poised to offer guests “unique viewing experiences” through its hospitality offerings at ICC men’s tournaments, beginning with the ICC Champions Trophy held in Pakistan and UAE between February 19th and March 9th .
Sobha Realty will also have significant branding presence in competition venues, as well as broadcast and digital coverage of the various ICC tournaments. The two entities will also collaborate on the ‘Art of the Detail’ to highlight moments of exceptional precision during ICC matches.
Jay Shah, chair of the ICC, stated, “This partnership represents a powerful fusion of two brands that share a commitment to excellence and passion. With the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy just around the corner, we look forward to seeing how this collaboration will enhance the legacy and impact of ICC events on a global scale.”

According to ASN data, the real estate category has invested almost US$1.75m in cricket sponsorship across Asia since Q222, with an average quarterly investment of US$152k during this period. However, it has flatlined between US$75k and US$77k since Q124.
