Indian Realty Firm Elan Group Secures Shah Rukh Khan Endorsement

Indian luxury real estate developer Elan Group has struck a deal with Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan as its celebrity endorser.

Elan Group led by the trio of Rakesh Kapoor, Ravish Kapoor, and Akash Kapoor, has so far undertaken fifteen luxury projects encompassing residential, commercial and mixed-use development.

 Shah Rukh Khan’s journey to global stardom marked by passion, determination and excellence makes him the ideal ambassador for  Elan Group’s ambitious vision.

According to ASN data, celebrity (non-sport/actor) is the most backed platform for the non-sporting related sponsorship in India; taking up 56% of the deals with an investment of almost US$137.2m since Q222. The average quarterly investment stands at almost US$11.7m during this period, and Q125 is tipped to hit almost US$11.5m, after a slightly below par period between Q224 and Q424, seeing investment of US$9.4m to US$10.1m.
