Dongfeng Motors Philippines Backs Major Cycling Race Tour of Luzon 2025

Dongfeng Motors Philippines—distributed by Legado Motors Inc.—is all poised to back cycling event MPTC Tour of Luzon 2025, part of the UCI Asia Tour.  

The deal will see Dongfeng Motors Philippines as one of the major sponsors of the MPTC Tour of Luzon 2025, a key multi-leg cycling event in the nation’s sporting calendar from April 24^th to May 1^st.  

Apart from hosting a display of two key Dongfeng Motors models for the event’s attendees and cycling fans, they will also be offering premium chauffeured services for the event’s VIP guests and officials. 

According to ASN data, the automobile category (8.3%, ~US$5.1m) is the 6^th biggest investor in the Philippines’ sports sponsorship industry since Q322, with an average quarterly investment of  almost US$439k during this period. However, the forecast for Q225 is tipped to plummet to a mere US$220k, almost half of the usual average. The deals tend to be between US$50k and US$579k, and invested in basketball, motorsports and golf.
