Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta have announced Thai actors Jirawat Sutivanichsak (Dew) and Kanyawee Songmuang (Thanaerng) as its newest brand ambassadors.
The brand unveiled the two latest Southeast Asian celebrity endorsers in a press release and explained the reason behind their choices, “The two Thai talents are known for their compelling performances on-screen and a shared interest in the arts.”
Following the announcement, Dew said, “Bottega Veneta’s unwavering dedication to craftsmanship and creativity offers an unparalleled sense of authenticity and luxury. Every piece is akin to a wearable work of art. It is an honour to join the house as brand ambassador”.
Echoing similar feelings, Thanaerng added, “Bottega Veneta embodies a unique blend of excellence and artistry. Their innovative craft honours Italian tradition, while celebrating and empowering individual expressions of style. I am thrilled to be part of their story.”
According to ASN data, Bottega Veneta have been active in the Asian sponsorship market since Q323 with an endorsement deal from Chinese boy band Into 1’s singer Mika Hashizume. It was reportedly worth US$221k. Meanwhile, Thai pop culture has been getting global attention and major international brands have been paying attention to collaborate with industry’s stars.
