William Grant & Sons owned brand Glenfiddich latest branded content TV series “Where Next?” in India focuses on a quartet of local celebrities who have challenged the status quo.
The limited series created together with Havas Worldwide and Disney+ Hotstar CreativeWorks highlights the trailblazing journeys of four Indian celebrities, namely Sushmita Sen, Zoya Akhtar, Salim Merchant and Vikas Khanna. The series has been streaming exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.
Talking about the series, Sachin Mehta, Country Director – India at William Grant & Sons, said, “We are thrilled to unveil the ‘Where Next?’ series – a series celebrating the remarkable journeys of extraordinary individuals who have navigated uncharted paths. According to ASN data, Glenfiddich has invested about US$510k in the Asian sponsorship market since Q221, with the spends focused on three markets; Taiwan (61.8%), South Korea (19.6%) and Singapore (18.5%). These investments tend to be on events such as cinema awards show Taipei Golden Horse, Seoul Fashion Week and golf tournaments (Singapore Women’s Open and Singapore Open). Its latest branded content: TV play in India could lead to similar moves across the regional market.
