Ahead of the 2026 IPL season, Shree Cement has become the new title sponsor of the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Under the deal, Shree Cement’s branding will be emblazoned on the front of Sunrisers Hyderabad’s match jersey throughout the IPL 2026 season, giving the company strong visibility within the team’s sponsorship portfolio.
Partnerships such as this further cement the IPL’s commercial status as the most lucrative T20 league in the world. With global television reach, a rapidly growing digital viewership and strong in-stadium engagement, the league offers brands significant visibility across broadcast, streaming and social media platforms throughout the annual tournament.
According to ASN data, cricket (8.1%, ~US$967. 2m) ranks 5th among most backed sports in the Asian sponsorship market since Q223, with a quarterly average investment of almost US$84.9m during this period. However, spending has dipped between US$31.5m and US$62.6m since Q324, while Q126’s forecast witnesses a slight increase at US$67.2m.
