Gulf Oil Deepens F1 Williams Racing Deal

Gulf Oil International Ltd has deepened its ties with F1 team Williams Racing, extending its multi-year partnership with the much storied racing team. 

The collaboration, which has played a crucial role in Williams Racing’s success, will now encompass a wider range of initiatives, including a new partnership with Gulf’s coffee brand, Reviva.

The expanded collaboration will not only build on their successful past but also widen its scope to encompass new technological advancements and product developments. Gulf Oil’s high-performance lubricants will continue to play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency and competitiveness of Williams Racing’s F1 cars, as both companies ambitiously looks towards the horizon with ambitious goals.

A major component of the expanded deal is the introduction of Gulf Oil’s premium coffee brand, Reviva, as the official coffee partner of Williams Racing for the 2025 season. The Reviva logo will also be emblazoned on Williams Racing’s FW47 car, driven by the formidable duo of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz, further cementing the partnership’s presence on the global motorsport stage.

According to ASN data, Gulf Oil (1.5%, ~US$6.8m) is out of the top 10 investors for its category since Q122 and has a quarterly average investment of US$588k during this period. The forecast for Q424 is looking rosy at US$671k, almost 14.1% higher than the average quarterly investment.  Apart from the blockbuster deal with the Williams F1 team in the US$1m+ range , it also has major deals with MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya and Chennai Superkings.
