Ahead of the revamped UEFA Champions League, Chinese smartphone giant Oppo has renewed its deal with UEFA, the governing body of European football.
The renewal will continue through the 2024 to 2027 season, and includes tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League and UEFA Fustal Champions League.
As part of this renewal, OPPO will continue to bank on its cutting-edge technologies to boost fan experience. Through its smartphones, smartwatches, and AI solutions, OPPO will provide fans with immersive and interactive ways to connect with the UEFA Champions League.
Besides boosting fan engagement, OPPO will also back youth football development programs across the region.

According to ASN data, Oppo Mobile (30%, US$64.1m+) is the biggest spender for its category in the Asian sponsorship market since Q421, with a quarterly average investment of almost US$5.6m. The Pan-Asian wide activation of the UEFA deal is reportedly in the US$5m p.a. mark, it is no stranger to blockbuster deals, having backed the ICC for almost US$7.4m p.a. till last December.
