The television program is called Small Mission Enterprise (SME) and centres on three budding entrepreneurs that begin a new business venture. It is the first television project from Malaysia SME and aims to use comedy to explain the importance of small to medium sized businesses.
The sponsors of the program have developed interesting ways to leverage their involvement. For example one of the three main characters in the program plays an AXA agent and educates the other characters, and viewers, of the importance of business insurance. DHL Express will leverage its involvement through an episode that focuses on the importance of logistics to businesses while Canon will use a variety of product placements to promote its brand.
The first season will start in October and be broadcast on ntv7.
